- For delivery in time for Christmas 2013, please order by the end of 19th December.
- Orders for our signed, limited editions received after 19th December 2013 will be processed after January 3rd 2014.
- All other orders received after 19th December will be processed as normal.
- All shipping and delivery is covered by Canongate, so you don't have to pay a thing.
- Please note that we only deliver to UK addresses.
- Shipping normally takes 3-5 working days.
Returns & Replacements
Canongate will accept returns on books and products that arrive damaged, or if your goods do not match your order. We do not accept returns where there is nothing wrong with the book or product but you have just changed your mind.
If your goods are damaged, or not what you ordered, please log in to your Canongate.tv account, go to the Order Queries section to view your orders and raise a new Order Query. Please provide as much detail as possible in the fields requested. We will process your query within 3 working days and will contact you via email and within your Canongate.tv account about the status of your query.
If you have ordered a book from us without creating an account on canongate.tv, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order query.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All of our pricing is shown in British pounds - £ - and the price shown is inclusive of VAT (where relevant – remember that there is no VAT payable on physical books).
Payments are accepted via all UK debit and credit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.
Any promotion or discount will be shown in your basket and on your receipt, which will be emailed to you immediately following completion of your payment.

If you are unhappy with the book or product you received, please raise an order query.
